I was pleasantly surprised with how the 3D print came out. In the process of creating the 3D print I had measured the diameter of the vile to extreme precision and was very excited to have a solution to the problems I was facing. After receiving some help on the actual 3d printing, when sending it to the 3d printer the machine had scaled my project from inches to millimeters… No big deal I thought, I multiplied the project by the conversion factor and was on my way. When I finally got my project I realized that had not fixed my problem and the actual holder was too small.. luckily I had a vial on me when I picked up the project and when I flipped the vial upside down it was a perfect fit! This was not exactly what I had intended, but perfectly solved my problem! So instead of wasting more time and resources I took it home and put that bad boy to work! Honestly I like the way it looks now better than the original design anyways.
